Returns

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Wear Parts Resource — outfitting your business with high quality wear parts that meet your needs.   

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, clearly identified with the part number, and in the same condition as when received. 
  • The request for an Online Order Parts Return must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the initial shipping date. Request received after the deadline will not be considered/accepted. 
  • WearPartsResource.com orders have a 10% restocking fee and customers must pay return shipping.
  • A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form is required for all returns. 
  • Any parts received without the proper RMA form may be returned (freight collect) or discarded at the site.  

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return: 

  • Opened, installed, or modified parts.
  • Custom or special-order parts. 
  • Items with a limited shelf life, including belts, gaskets, seals, and hoses.  
  • Parts marked as “Final Sale”. 
  • Any part or component of equipment found defective after the commissioning of the unit is not eligible for return under this policy. Such cases must be processed through Wear Parts Resource’s Warranty Claim channels in accordance with applicable warranty terms. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PARTS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement, or a refund to your original form of payment. You may be required to provide additional documentation and/or pictures of the item(s). For exchanges (of the same part as originally ordered), the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to availability. Please follow the return process below, including obtaining an RMA.

RETURN PROCESS

Initiate Return: To start the return process, contact our Wear Parts Resource Team with your order number and the part(s) you wish to return. 

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Ensure that the RMA form is included with the return shipment.

Return Parts: Parts must be returned within thirty (30) days of the RMA issuance. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a Wear Parts Resource error.

Damaged Parts: Parts damaged during shipment of the return are the customer’s responsibility. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase from Wear Parts Resource for all parts being returned. 

Inspection: Upon receipt, all returned parts will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. The inspection is to be performed within thirty (30) days of receipt.  

Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, typically within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
