Description

WPR horizontal grinder hex grates, also referred to as screens, are made from AR400 abrasion resistant steel. Wear Parts Resource grates are engineered to OEM specs with high-quality fit and finish. WPR’s grates are built in-house and are designed to fit the desired model.

As a general rule, smaller opening grates are installed in the first two positions as these grates do the majority of the product sizing. Progressively larger openings are installed in the following positions and are used as exhaust grates allowing sized product to exit the mill.
